Poem 'Where Money Counts'
Sharing one of my humorous poems about money..
Where Money Counts
The coins jingle,
The corpse talks,
For it, they jump,
From hill tops.
Friends, relatives,
They bid farewell,
On its return, they ask,
'Are you well?'
When pockets are full,
Shortcomings are forgotten,
When jewels flash,
Despicable souls are forgiven.
Is it the director's baton?
Or the magician's wand?
It matters,
Or we?
