My people, be strong {Poem}

My people, be Strong,
In a mighty mind,
And a mighty body,
Lives a mighty soul.

Moral force is the greatest,
It rids of problems severest.
Gone in a jiffy,
Life’s  anxieties and tyranny.

Chanakya, the great scholar,
Wrote,
Material well being leads to spiritual well being,
When one is wanting and hungry,
One cannot think of spirituality.
Brain is mightier than brawn,
Sometimes brawn is mightier than brain.
Both are essential for happiness,
For success.

My people, be strong,
Invest in a mighty mind and body,
Harvest a mighty soul of energy,
Be indestructible,
By being able,
Vanquish troubles with valour,
Destroy all tyranny, injustice, oppression, falsehood,
Come out with flying colour.

Poem: The Breaking of the Bastille

 The Breaking of the Bastille Long ago, The Bastille was broken; Out emerged warriors of freedom, Chanting, ‘liberty, equality, fraternity’. Years later, Terror has struck human hearts! Humans live half-dead, And sleep half- alive; Fear is rampant here and there, Fear must be trampled, everywhere. Let us strive to reach heights, phenomenal, Making lives, sensational, Dreams come true, It takes dreams to make the truth happen. God, grant us fairy wings, A nectar- soaked soul to break unholy rings, Let us harness our creative sensibilities, Bring to suppressed people - an opportunity, To live with dignity. Happy must be young minds, Eternal joy is what it must find. Happiness is full of sensibility, Sorrow must become impossibility. We will reach our destination, A destination Worthy of inspiration!
